In this two part episode, Mike Delcoro & Eric Vanderlaan travel to the most haunted small town in the South: Monticello, Florida. They explore this historic small town, chat with the locals, and conduct a remarkable paranormal investigation of the haunted John Denham house turned bed and breakfast.
During this investigation the team captures some unbelievable EVPs, encounters intelligent device interaction, and even conducts a sensory deprivation experiment. Mike and Eric also establish communication with one of the well known spirits of this historic home. The DELCO Experiment is cut short as a dark energy interrupts the session.
