The Screaming Tunnel - Huntaphobia catches an amazing response on the SB7 spirit box. While looking for the foundation, where supposedly a little girl came from when her house caught fire and she ran down to the tunnel and later died from her injuries, this is one of the stories on why this tunnel is haunted. The response on the SB7 spirit box was incredible and helped to locate the foundation.
