A regular CE-5 contactee captures on his cell phone a possible UFO/UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) on February 23rd, 2021 at 4:25 am in Modesto CA. This object or phenomena captured on the residence of the contactee seems to materialize and dematerialize instantly in multiple locations in the sky.
