Bronies are mostly adult males who are dedicated fans of the animated TV show, My Little Pony that was created for little girls. Each year thousands of Bronies gather at BronyCon a convention where they explore their common bond, a love for the ponies. The revelations about this group are, indeed, unexpected and give hope to the notion that Bronies might be on to something quite wonderful.

One would be hard-pressed to find a cultural sensation as unique and as unexpected as Bronies: a group of mostly young adult men who are dedicated fans of the animated series, created for little girls My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
